The residence - particularly suitable for couples, groups of friends, families, photoshooting, film-commissions but also for smartworking, thanks to the excellent internet connection - has 4 suites, all with bathrooms and independent entrances from inside the private courtyard. One of these with 3 beds (Donna Laura suite), other 2 (Donna Giovanna suite and Don Alfredo suite), with the 3rd bed in another separate room on the upper floor; the last with a double bed only (Don Gaetano suite). The rooms are arranged around the central nucleus, consisting of a fireplace room, dining room and kitchen.

Finally, the citrus grove and the "salt" swimming pool contribute to enhancing the rural vocation and the Mediterranean breath of the dwelling, where common and private spaces alternate, guaranteeing guests privacy and tranquility, but also opportunities for meeting and conviviality.

A holiday in a magical place, in an ancient charming residence expertly restored and furnished, highlighting the architectural elements of the time, such as the star vaults and the walls made with warm Lecce stone, the predominant material of the entire structure.

It is a real "secret garden", inside a small and unimaginable ancient village located in the historic center of Giuggianello, the smallest town in the province of Lecce, located between Otranto, Maglie and the splendid Castro Marina.

I have traveled for work all over the country and in Europe but I am originally from this fantastic land, Salento. Here I found and renovated this charming 18th century charming residence, with citrus grove and swimming pool, particularly suitable for those in need of relaxation and privacy, without sacrificing proximity to the various locations on the Adriatic coast that have made Salento famous and a destination of unmissable tourist attraction.

Horses, sailing and Harley Davidson have been the great passions of my life and, despite having no previous career, I would never have imagined being able to try my hand with so much enthusiasm and attention also in the renovation and furnishing of this ancient residence.

I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and it took 3 years of work to restore it to its ancient charm.
